Whether you're going through a life transition internally or externally, dealing with past trauma or are simply ready to level up your life, then this is for you. Life is made up of living from one phase to the next. But what seems to happen is you tend to drag the outdated limited beliefs, stories, narratives and past into your future vision and next phase. And then wonder why you aren't getting what you want. You crave a fresh start and yet don't know where or how to begin. We have all been there. But I can tell you that my life, my inner world and my outter world would not have turned around if I didn't dedicate myself to tuning into my intuition, being willing to try, fail, fall and get back up again and decide for myself what that meant about me and getting support along the way. Your perception of yourself is one of the deciding factors in whether you move into your next phase grasping onto those old self doubts or letting them sit gently beside you while you shimmy into exploring where the depths of your intuitive flow take you. Only you know the true vision of yourself. And once you step on that path, you will discover what what it takes to truly embody that vision. Support is required when you are embarking into new uplevelled territory. This means you need someone who can hold, navigate and nurture the depths of your fears as they rise (because they do that, those fears, they want to come along for the ride and make sure you stay in the comfort zone.) To explore and observe all the parts of yourself is an empowering act to move you forward and match your vision with your reality. It takes time and it takes courage. It is not a linear path and it is one you learn to get comfortable in the uncomfortable. But it is so worth it! Allowing yourself to finally let go and follow this call is a true testament to your determination to live the life you know in your heart is possible. Your intuition has been tap, tap, tapping at you. When you follow this flow of desire, your nervous system will send you positive feedback that you will feel on a physical level. You become clearer and decision making is easy. And at the same time, resistance will being saying hello to you a lot.
